LLWWC 36 - Altered Embellishments

Hi everyone! It's time for La-La's Weekly Wednesday Challenge!

Maureen is our challenge hostess this week! 
Her challenge: ALTERED EMBELLISHMENTS.
She wants us to take a store bought embellishment and change it in some way!
She has these suggestions as examples: 
Cut a petal off a flower to make a butterfly, sew a running stitch through some ribbon and gather to make a ruffle, take any embellishment and color it with paints/inks/markers, etc.

Maureen is using Birthday Cake Maya on her card so it is on sale for 20% OFF through next Tuesday!

I made a pretty two-toned bow out of ribbon for the challenge. I also took two flowers and put them together with a brad for a layered look.

Good morning, SUNSHINE!

I have received several "awards" over the past couple of years but I have been really bad about passing them on. I mean to get online and pass them on but a day or two passes and before you know it, a month or two has gone by! BIG thanks to all who have passed one this way. Sweet Rosaline

Ellephantastic news, everyone! Rosaline is making her debut!

Helen's darling Ebony has been doing poorly and I just wanted to mention this since this week, Helen is debuting this sweet bunny, Rosaline. Please send some happy thoughts across the miles that Ebony will keep getting better and stronger. Hang in there, Ebony!!
