I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, here in the U.S.
I was able to enjoy the day cooking and baking. I made a Sweet Potato Casserole, a vegan version of the same, and baked an apple pie in a bag.

Melissa (Pink Cat Studio) came up with 2 clip art sets of the cutest Christmas elves, an adorable Christmas dinosaur clip art set and a fun Santa clip art set.

You can find all of these HERE.

Melissa's once a year 50% off MEGA SALE starts tomorrow and ends on Sunday evening! Take advantage of the special savings on her SUPER cute sets!

I could not decide which of the images to use so I selected two of the elves with presents. I thought it would be neat to have them sticking out of windows.

I haven't been in a scrapbook store in a couple of months so I didn't have any current stuff to use. It's always good to use scraps, right?

Digi Stamps:

Paper:
3 Bugs in a Rug
"Peppermint Stick" (Let it Snow)

Embellishments:

* Last Day * A Chance to Win 12 NEW Pink Cat Studio Digis!

There is still time to enter our contest for a chance to win the 12 new digi stamps that will be released tomorrow!

To enter, play Fairy Betty's Adventure game and save your score to the leaderboard. That will enter you into a draw to win the new digis. If you get the high score by today at 5pm EST then you will automatically win the new digis.
The winners will be announced tomorrow.

From Melissa at Pink Cat Studio:
I’m back from a long break and ready to show you the super cute new digi stamps and a game that I’ve been working on! On Tuesday April 3rd I’ll be releasing 12 new Fairy theme digi stamps. And to go along with the release I’ve created a fun computer game called Fairy Betty’s Adventure. If you play the game you will have a chance to win the 12 new Fairy digis! Whoever has the highest score by Monday April 2nd at 5 pm EST will win the new digis. I’ll also do a random draw from everyone who plays and give away another set of the 12 digis. So you have two chances to win!
Please note: if there is a tie for the high score, the winner will be the person who got the score first.

Here is a screen shot from Fairy Betty’s Adventure game. Your goal is to get as many points as you can before the sun goes down. Fly Betty around the screen and collect stars and bonuses.

Watch out for the dark fairies and raindrops!

There is a lot more to discover with the game. You’ll have to come up with a strategy in order to get the maximum amount of points!

Have fun playing and please feel free to let me know what you think of the game and if you have any ideas to make it more fun or if you notice any problems. It’s the first game I’ve written and it’s a work in progress so I’m looking forward to hearing your opinion so I can make it better.

Your kiddies are welcome to play the game and enter the contest too.

Pink Cat Studio is sponsoring Craft Your Passion Challenge #100!

It has been awhile since I have posted something crafty.
It's been so long that I had to really think about my password to sign in. LOL!
I haven't been able to really craft since packing up the house and moving into my apartment but I am hoping that this will change, now that I have turned the second bedroom into a craft room. :)

What a big milestone for CYP! Congratulations to Jenn and the Design Team.

The theme is "Anything Goes."
Now there's a challenge for ya! Easy peasy!

With Easter just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to put the spotlight on Easter Lily.

 Isn't she just the sweetest?!

Now it's time to hop on over to Craft Your Passion and check out what they have in store for you for their 100th challenge.

Happy hopping!

Use It Tuesday Challenge #22 - GO TEAM!

Hello Users!
I hope everyone had a fabulous week of holiday celebrations.
I am sad to say that this is my last post for Use It Tuesday as part of the Design Team.
My term is up and I have to say that it is hard for me to say goodbye.
The past year has been a very difficult one but being on this team has kept me crafting and it has been a very good form of therapy. I know that I will continue to join in on the fun when I can. Thanks to Sami and Siobhan for letting me be part of the design team.
Our new team will be introduced on the 6th when we post the winner from this challenge, so stay tuned!

Now, for our challenge:
Please make a project that incorporates the colors of your favorite sports team!

***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***

Please link your creation using Inlinkz by Friday Jan 6th

So most of you know that I live in San Jose, Californa... born and raised in San Francisco.
You would think that I would be a huge 49ner fan.
I did follow them through high school and then I moved to LA.
To make a long story short, I "had" to pick a team to follow and I chose the NY Jets.
Gang Green.
I've been a fan for well over 10 years.
What can I say?
Jets, Jets, J-E-T-S!!
Playoffs chances are still there... Go, JETS!

Yes, Jet Green snowflake wreath against a white background.
The red swirls and bow, and the sentiment in gold.... well Siobhan, that's for you girl.
I still have a place in my heart for the SF 49ners. :)
My time with the team comes to an end.
It was fun.
Thanks, team!

***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***

You can check out all of the challenge information and Use It Tuesday Design Team's holiday spirit HERE!

Here's my holiday creation:

I used hoarded pieces of scrap to put the card together.
The layout is from a card I made last year.
The cute snowman is a freebie that I have never used from Meljen's Designs.
I pulled out my stickles and glossy accents to add some shimmer and shine.

Now it's your turn!
Let's see your holiday spirit!
